Terms & Conditions
Please read the terms and conditions of the booking of Sanuka Leisure Management.
Sanuka Leisure Management acts as a "Tours & Travel". The person reserving the service for the period acts as 'Client'.
Sanuka Leisure Management arranges bookings of services as an agent for Client through third parties. Sanuka Leisure Management do not own or manage the hotels, villas, cars in any way and use of services is subject to the terms of the owners of each services. Upon the Sanuka Leisure Management issuing a travel document confirmation advice for booked services to the Client as an agents for the third parties, a legally binding contract shall exist between the Client and service providers subject to the following booking conditions.
Rates
Rates are in US Dollars or Rupiah for Indonesian and quoted as a daily rate/package rates. Rates quoted subject to change without prior notice.
Season Dates
Services rates especially Hotels and Villas are quoted according to "Low", "High" and "Peak" season rates.
Number of guest
Every hotels, Villa, Cars, Buses have a maximum number of guests, as detailed in descriptions, which we ask to be respected. If you wish to have additional guests we need to be informed prior to receipt of deposit payment to acquire the third parties permission. This is also to assure you of a level of service and adequate comfort, bedding, linens, meals for your stay.
Minimum stay
Each hotel and villa have minimum stay in every seasonal dates.
The usual minimum stay requirement for Bali villas varies from a 2 to 3 consecutive night stay for the low season, 3 to 5 consecutive night stay for the high season and 7 to 10 consecutive night stay for the peak season.
Check-in and check-out time
Hotel and Villa check-in time is 2.00pm and check-out time is 11.00am. We try our best to accommodate guests who need to extend check-out time slightly provided there are no guests arriving the same afternoon. Late check-out will be charge half a night rental for guests wishing to stay at the hotel and villa over 2.00 pm.
Booking terms
- To secure the booking, we require your written email confirmation to reserve the services. We will then send you an invoice of the total rental outlay.
- We can hold inquires for only 7 (seven) working days from the date you have inquired, as after 7 (seven) days we require to have confirmation of the bookings. If we do not receive any confirmation, we will release your booking request automatically.
- Once we receive your deposit we will then send you a confirmation & receipt by email.
- Payments can be made either by Cash in USD and Rupiah Bank Telegraphic Transfer (TT) in USD or Rupiah.
Payment terms
- Full payment within Indonesia due to confirm your reservation. Once the payment is received it is non-refundable. Deposit must be receive by us 5 (five) working days after we send you invoice to secure your reservation.
- The full payment from overseas is required 30 days prior to arrival due to bank transfer traffic policy.
Payment Method
- Payment by bank transfer - All payments should be received in net full, including all the bank charges plus the fees of the corresponding bank(s). All these costs should be hold by the sender.
